Custom-made brewery plants at fixed prices

We plan, construct and put in operation custom-made micro-breweries with a yearly capacity from 500 – 5.000 hl for the production of all kind of beer types according to individual requirements. The brewery equipment will be delivered and assembled as complete unit including all essential components up to filling of the beer in bottles or kegs.

Interior design for brewery gastronomy

If requested, we also undertake the complete planning and design for the micro-brewery interior, the fabrictaion and delivery of high-quality micro-brewery-typical furniture as well as a functional and energy-saving kitchen and cooling technique.

In contrary to mere plant manufacturers only involved in planning and manufacturing brewery plants, we can refer to a well-founded practical experience in operating micro-breweries all around the globe and also based on the daily business in our own JOH. Know-how

Beer brewing at highest quality level requires the application of perfect technical production facilities, the use of natural raw materials as well as approved recipes in the hands of an experienced brewer. Referring to this, we lay the foundations for a successful operation. Already in the run-up to decision-finding, we consult our customers in terms of choice of location, calculation of profitability and recommendations of personnel to the best of our knowledge reverting to our vast experience gained in our own micro-breweries and more than 75 operations world-wide.

Our brewery plants are of modular construction and based on latest construction and production methods in conjunction with traditional workmanship. Strict intern and extern quality controls of the system units during the entire manufacturing process guarantee a trouble-free operation for many years. After termination of assembly, our brewmasters assume responsibility for briefing and training your technical personal on site and convey the required brew-specific knowledge.

Following the initial operation of the brewery plant, we remain at your disposal further supplying support during everyday-operation, staff problems or training matters. On request, we offer special brewing training courses in our own JOH. ALBRECHT-pub-breweries here in Germany for our overseas customers.
